Quiz 17 – 2yo boy with a waddling gait

This 2 yo boy was brought to the clinic with an abnormal gait. His labs revealed mildly elevated calcium levels and low alkaline phosphatase activity.

I thought hypoohosphatemic rickets has normal serum calcium. This seems like an abnormality in alkaline phosphatase.
