Quiz 8 - 15 year old boy with chest pain

This 15 year old boy presented with history of recurrent episodes of chest discomfort over last 6 months. There was no history of trauma, fever, breathlessness or syncope. His physical exam was unremarkable. Given below are his EKG and CXR.

looks like WPW and the heart is resting on the diaphragm.
