Below are the images of a 10 year old boy who presented with history of recurrent episodes of nasal stuffiness, fever and cough for 6 months. He has now developed deviation of his left eye as shown. His physical examination is notable for petechial hemorrhages on the dorsum of his feet, hepatosplenomegaly and squint.
