Quiz 22: 2 year old with a rash

This 2 year old presented to the ER with this rash that had developed over last 2 days. He is now afebrile but had fever 3 days ago and is on day 3 of Amoxicillin prescribed for an ear infection. Other than the rash his physical exam is normal. What is the diagnosis?

Possibilities are
1.Amoxy induced Eruptions.
2.H S Purpura.
3.Erythema nodosum
