Unable to see detail of bruise, need more info. H/o trauma? Reccurent? Drug intake? Family history? Sprontaneous? Pts febrile ?

Bruise in toddler and that too in the face - signifies child abuse as the first differential diagnosis. He looks more like a boy - so, the chances congenital coagulation disorders are to be taken in to account. If acquired and since he looks very active and healthy ITP could be most commenest.

I am not convinced about the strabismus. If you see the day light reflex, it is parallel in both the eyes.
