These are X-rays of a 4 month old infant obtained in an intensive care unit. The patient was born prematurely and was in the NICU because of continued need for ventilator support.
X-rays were obtained because the bedside nurse had noticed a new swelling in the right wrist. The left side was normal on examination. The arrows points towards an important diagnosis in the films.
