Quiz 19 - 7 year old with a bump in the back of the leg

This 7 year old was seen in the pediatric emergency room after he noticed a swelling in his left popliteal region while taking a shower in the morning. The swelling is painless and he is able to walk without a limp. The patient and his parents deny having seen it prior to today. He had gone to a trekking trip to Florida recently with his family.

I think this is Baker's cyst, which can be associated with Lyme disease. Baker's cysts in children do not point to underlying joint disease.
