This is an image of an 8 year old boy who had presented with history of cough, fever and rapid breathing for 4 days. His physical appearance is shown above. He has past history of multiple hospitalizations for respiratory symptoms. X-Ray examination of the chest showed presence of a pneumatocele in the left upper lobe.
