Quiz 1: Focal Seizures in a 4 year old girl

This is a CT scan of a 4 year girl who had presented with 3 episodes of focal seizures. Her weight and height were at 30th percentile. She also had pica, constipation and decreased appetite. Rest of her examination was unremarkable. Plain X-Ray of the abdomen showed presence of gravel in the stomach. Blood work showed anemia.
Questions:
1) Describe the positive finding in this image.
2) What is the diagnosis?
